This form captures your final pilot proposal for the QBE AcceliCITY Humanitarian Challenge. Your responses should build on the first eight Challenge curriculum modules and your original applications (available on request from humanitech@redcross.org.au).

To understand the long-term viability of your solution, we would like to assess its financial and operational sustainability and scalability beyond the pilot phase. Please outline in this section:*

  1. What is your revenue model (e.g., subscription, usage-based, licensing)? Who are the primary paying customers after the pilot phase?
  2. What are the expected costs to implement and operate the solution at scale over the next 1–3 years? Please indicate which costs would fall to the community, Red Cross or other partners.
  3. What are the key enablers and constraints that will determine whether the solution can scale beyond the pilot (e.g., funding, technology readiness, partnerships, regulatory approvals, workforce capacity)?

11. Business model

This section seeks to understand the long-term vision and business model underpinning the solution. Please outline in this section:*

  1. What is your long-term vision for the organisation’s business model? If applicable, describe your ideal exit pathway (e.g., acquisition, merger, IPO). If an exit is not planned, describe your intended long-term ownership strategy.
  2. Describe your long-term organisational model (e.g., for-profit, not-for-profit, hybrid, or partnership-based). How do you plan to generate revenue or sustain operations over time?
  3. What role would a partner such as the Red Cross play in your long-term business model?
  4. What strategic partnerships, networks or ecosystems will be most critical to achieving growth in the next 36 months, and why?
  5. What is your sustainable competitive advantage and how do you plan to protect or strengthen it (e.g., intellectual property, proprietary data, partnerships, brand, or operational capabilities)?
